Youth performance

The Youth High Performance Football Programme is designed for HHFA's most committed and competitive players, aged 12 and above.

Players in this programme train up to 6 times per week, following an intensive schedule built around technical development, physical conditioning, and regular competition.

Train everyday

HHFA offers a dedicated high performance football programme for boys and girls aged 12 and above, from advanced players to those targeting the highest competitive level.

Players in this programme train 5 to 6 days per week, with 3 additional specialist sessions included:

  • Strength — core, resistance, balance, and power
  • Endurance — cardiovascular conditioning and active recovery
  • Technique & Mobility — coordination and movement work using tennis ball drills

The programme is designed by a certified Youth Coach Specialist.
