Categories

As most of the team members will be present, we will mix age groups and compete in the U16 category.
The age difference among the girls, aged 12 to 16, is not as critical as it is for the boys, as girls’ football tends to be less physical.

What do we take with us?

• Everything to play football, and we normally never try new shoes in competition. However, a spare shoe is highly recommended, if you have it.
• Your football kits for the academy are pink, white, etc.
• New white socks (I will have some spare for sale, 100 THB / pair)
• Shin pads
• Pyjama
• Jacket for the van
• Small pillow if you want to rest in the bus (your doudou is welcome)
• Clean clothes to wear after matches
• Book, music, card game if it helps you to have fun

Telephone, tablet…

• For 48 hours, players’ tablets and telephones will be used only for emergency
• We will ask players not to stay on screen: in the van, hotel, football field, etc
• We want to be sure that they connect, socialize, learn about each other

Price, confirmation, and payment

This international tournament has significant fixed costs, including tournament fees and transportation. The more players we have, the more we can reduce these costs. The initial fee is 7,000 THB per family for two nights in the hotel and three full days, which includes food, water, nutrition, coaching, and staff.

If 15 players commit and pay, I will reduce the price by 1,000 THB per family. This reduction will be applied as a credit toward the membership fee in February 2025 (or later). If 13 players commit and pay, I will reduce the price by 500 THB, which will also be credited toward the membership fee in February 2025 (or later). If fewer than 12 players commit and make a payment, this event will be canceled, as it will not be financially sustainable and we won’t have enough players to participate in such a competition, which involves 4-5 matches per day.

Customization

To reduce costs, we have flattened all the expenses. It will not be possible only to join the tournament if you sleep on your own.
All the players need to be together.
However, the transport back can be done in your car if you prefer.

Payment :

Commitement for participation in this tournament has to be done by the 20th of December 2024, payments have to be made by the 2nd of January 2025.

Important

This is a non-profit event for the academy.
It is also the opportunity for girls of Hua Hin to participate in an International tournament, the biggest in Southeast Asia.
