Final Program:

Transport Hua Hin to Bangok

• 2:30 pm: Meeting at Arena Sports Club – LOBBY
• 3:00 pm: Driving to Bangkok
• Around 40 players will be in a 40-seat Coach Bus. They will always wear seatbelts, always. Coach Martin and 2 other coaches will be on the bus with players, and Coach Steve and Coach Farid will be driving by car in the morning to prepare for the competition.
• Some food will be prepared and distributed in the bus, so players can get proper food and avoid “highway” junk food before the tournament

Arriving at Hotel, around 8:00 pm

• Players will share a room, 2 players per room, players of the same age category in Loft 202 Hotel and 198 Mall
• The coaches will have a room on the same floor, being sure lights are off quite early and no player (or coach :D) is visiting Bangkok by night ?
• Some food will be ready so players can have a last meal before to sleep
• A short meeting will be done to arrange organization, and rules, and discuss the way to deal with a 2-day competition – “far from home”

Saturday Morning – Breakfast etc.

• The program will be finalized when we receive the tournament schedule, but we can expect an early wake-up for all.
• Breakfast at hotel
• Transport to the stadium with our dedicated bus

We ask of course parents to not bring any food, drink, etc. to players.

After the matches – Saturday afternoon

We wait at the stadium until the last team finishes their match, then we reach the hotel for free time in rooms and swimming pool under the coach’s supervision.

• 7 pm: Buffet dinner at the hotel
• 8 pm: Players in their Room for an early sleeping

Sunday, early wake-up

• 5:45 am: Players need to wake up at 6:00 am for a shower and be ready for Hotel Restaurant
• 6:00 am: Breakfast
• 6:30 am: Short activation
• 7:00 am: we drive to the stadium
• 8:00 am: Play-off Matches start
• After the last match, back to the hotel to checkout
  

Since we do not know the result, we might finish earlier, but also might stay till the final, concerning organizers and the other teams present in the competition.

• 2:30 pm: Back to the hotel for a shower and load the bags in the van

Transport Bangkok to Hua Hin

• 3:00 pm: Drive back to Hua Hin – players will stop on the way back for a diner
• Back on Sunday 3rd of March 2024 around 7 pm parents will be informed.

This Weekend is an opportunity for each player to live independently, with a group, with a goal (competition).
We have 5 adult staff in charge of the team, and we expect each player to be focused on the tournament, free to be only highly trained football players for 48 hours.

With all due respect, we ask the parents to not stay in the same hotel or simply visit them at the hotel (no problem for quick pick up or commute).

What do we take with us?

• Everything to play football, and we normally never try new shoes in competition. However, a spare shoe is highly recommended, if you have it.
• Your football kits of the academy: pink, white, etc.
• New white socks (I will have some spare for sale, 100 THB / pair)
• Shin pads
• Pyjama
• Jacket for the van
• Small pillow if you want to rest in the van (your doudou is welcome)
• Clean clothes to wear after matches
• Book, music, card game if it helps you to have fun

Telephone, tablet…

• For 48 hours, players’ tablets and telephones will be used only for emergency
• We will ask players to not stay on screen: in the van, hotel, football field, etc
• We want to be sure that they connect, socialize, learn about each other

Confirmation and payment

The final price is 7,500 THB per player, including “everything”.
We have tried to reduce every cost at the minimum, but we also want to be sure that we use a safe and modern big coach bus – and that children sleep in clean, convenient, and comfortable hotels.

What is included:

• Friday 6th of December: Diner + extra food before sleep
• Saturday 7th of December: Breakfast, Lunch, Diner + nutrition between matches
• Sunday 8th of December: Breakfast, Lunch, Diner + nutrition between matches
• Superior room at the hotel, 1 bed per player: 2 nights
• Supervision by 5/6 coaches & staff of HHFA
• Transportation per bus – The coach bus we use is dedicated to HHFA from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th of December

Customization

To reduce costs, we have flattened all the expenses. It will not be possible to only join the tournament if you sleep on your own.
All the players need to be together.
However, the transport can be done in your car if you prefer.

The price to participate is unique, 7,500 THB per player.
