Football camp : For who?
This sports camp is made for children, boys, and girls aged 7 to 17 years old who want to spend their holidays :
- while practicing their favorite sport (football, tennis)
- have fun, but learn and progress significantly
- by discovering other sports: yoga, strength training, muay Thai, swimming, chess, basketball, etc.
- by meeting new friends, from more than 25 different cultures & countries
The organization by level group allows this camp to be open to beginners as well as advanced players.
As parent, what to expect ?
The sports program is designed in such a way that each child can accumulate many hours of practice every day.
Almost all of the training is low intensity, with priority given to technique, concentration, commitment, and fun.
Break times, in a room reserved for children : The Superclub, will be dedicated to recovery but also to entertainment: board games, chess, game consoles (Playstation 5), etc.
The rich and adapted nutrition will allow for the assimilation of nutrients but also for optimization of training sessions.
A body adjustment will certainly be done:
- muscle and power gain
- gain in flexibility
- loss of fat mass
Another objective is to allow participants to:
- understand their sport better (sports intelligence)
- gain confidence
- improve socially
Some "rules"
Some operating rules have been put in place to achieve our objectives:
- punctuality will be a leitmotif
- phones and tablets will be prohibited (except for a short shared break once during the day)
- junk food, sodas, appetizers, processed foods will not be allowed for the duration of the camp
The Common core For both Football and Tennis camps
All the participants in Tennis and Football camps will share a common day, between their morning and evening classes.
- Nutritive Breakfast provided by Fuel & Grind
- Shower, Sauna, Relax
- Free time at the common: Chess, board games, drawing, E-sport on Playstations (FIFA, etc.)
- Before the lunch: 30 minutes Yoga, Stretching, Mobility
- Nutritive Lunch provided by Fuel & Grind
- Free time at the Superclub: Chess, board games, drawing, E-sports on Playstations (FIFA, etc.)
- 20-minute workshops by Coach Farid: nutrition, sleeping, performance, competition, etc.
- 1 class of Muay Thai per week
For the one who activates the options :
- 4 Swimming classes per week with National Coach
These courses will be added during free time. Consult the schedules.
Yoga & mobility for all
If we offer swimming as an option, a "yoga" session will be offered daily: it will optimize recovery, improve flexibility and mobility, but also work on the athletes' respiratory qualities.

Football camp : For who?
The football camp is eligible for:
- boys and girls,
- beginners to advanced players,
- from 7 to 17 years old
Football camp : how it works?
The football camp starts with a 90 minutes football clinic, every morning,
from 8:30 am to 10 am :
- Coordination & Cognitive as Warm up
- 2 to 3 blocks dedicated to the clinic of the day : first touch, dribbling, shooting technic, free kicks, goalkeeping etc.
- Cool down
Groups are organized by level with a ratio 1:6 (1 coach for 6 players maximum).
Another 90 minutes football session is happening from 16:45 to 18:30, including 20-30 minutes training matches.
Between morning and evening training sessions, Football and Tennis Camps are following the common core.

The tennis camp is eligible for:
- boys and girls,
- beginners to advanced players,
- from 7 to 17 years old
The Tennis camp : how it works?
The football camp starts with a 2 hours of tennis, every morning,
from 8:00 am to 10 am :
- Groups are organized by level
- Another 2 hours tennis session is happening from 16:00 to 18:00.
Between morning and evening training sessions, Football and Tennis Camps are following the common core.

Football and Tennis camps are designed for every kid in love with sport.
For some kids, there is some available options.
Swimming Classes
Our sports camp is proud to have Coach Hin on our team.
A trainer recognized for having won numerous national titles in youth categories with his group of athletes, he qualified and represented Thailand at the 2023 SEA Games with 2 of his athletes.
He speaks perfect English and will be delighted to technically train athletes who want to progress in swimming.
The importance of swimming
Swimming is a non-weighted sport that develops muscular, aerobic, and concentration qualities.
Swimming allows for better development of the central nervous system, optimal growth with better posture, and better muscular balance.
Practiced as cross-training for footballers and tennis players, swimming helps improve endurance, and resistance, optimize recovery but also prevent injuries.
As I often repeat to the players I coach, Kylian Mbappé practiced swimming and tennis for a long time, to become a better footballer.
Being a good swimmer in Thailand, in a country surrounded by the sea and where every residence is equipped with a swimming pool - simply saves lives.

- be in charge of our academic team from 8:15 am to 6:00 pm
