Girls’ Football Team at HH Football Academy Hua Hin: Important Changes
Every change, whether planned or unexpected, is an opportunity to grow, improve, and make positive adjustments.

We are announcing that Coach Tong will conclude his collaboration with HH Football Academy at the end of this month. His role as a pastor has given him a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibilities and return to his hometown of Chiang Mai. We wish him all the best, along with his two daughters, Rose and Love.
It will not be easy to replace such a fantastic and professional coach with whom I have worked for almost five years. Coach Tong coached my son when he was only three years old, and our collaboration began under the PSG Academy banner.
While we wish Coach Tong the best, we aim to provide the best for the girls at HH Football Academy.
Every change, whether planned or unexpected, is an opportunity to grow, improve, and make positive adjustments.
Starting November 1, 2024, Coach Martin will oversee the entire girls’ section (ages 11 to 17).
He will work with one or two assistant coaches, and together, we will design a training program tailored for the girls.
Since there are significant differences in technical and physical levels, as well as varying purposes between Groups 1 and 2, training will be adapted accordingly. However, both groups will be coached by the same head coach, which will help narrow the gap between them.
It may take a few sessions for us to achieve excellence, but this is the path we have chosen.
The girls deserve an efficient structure and training program.
We will now delve deeply into these programs to improve training efficiency.
We are fortunate to be affiliated with the French Federation of Football (FFF), which provides us with direct support from French National technical directors. They offer chat support and detailed methods adapted for girls of different ages.
